Niagara is an East Village lifer with dive bar bones, punk history, and a back room that can flip from live music to late bar party energy. It is more messy local hang than precision dance destination, which is exactly why some people still like it. Best for a cheap, chaotic downtown night where dancing is possible but never the only point.
