REFUGE is an East Williamsburg hi-def dance club built around a serious 4-point sound system, long hours, and a 500-cap room that feels closer to classic warehouse clubbing than Manhattan nightlife. The programming leans house, techno, disco, and marathon-style parties, with an outdoor area that helps the night breathe when it gets packed. It still has some new-venue unevenness, but the best nights feel loud, loose, and properly dance-floor focused.
